Dale B. Mann has had a successful career as a technical illustrator for the Fisheries Oceanography Center(NOAA) La Jolla California and self-employed illustrator and product manufacturing entrepreneur in the Poway and Rancho Bernardo area.
He is a graduate of Grossmont Junior College and attended California State University, San Diego.

He oversees the annual student art contest and has provided technical and artistic support to the Foundation.
