Do you accept purchase orders?
Flying Leatherneck Aviation Museum will accept Purchase Orders only if they are accompanied by payment in full. Check must be drawn on United States Banks. No payment terms will be granted.

Sales Tax
Flying Leatherneck Aviation Museum automatically charges and withholds the applicable sales tax for orders that are delivered to addresses only within the state of Wisconsin, USA. If you are having products delivered to any state outside California sales tax is not applicable. California Tax Exempt organizations must provide their Tax Exempt Identification Number after their purchases to obtain a credit for sales tax. Tax Exempt organization outside of the state of California
Orders shipped to addresses outside the state of Wisconsin and within the United States are not subject to sales tax. We do not need your Tax Exempt information.

Shipping
The Flying Leatherneck Aviation Museum uses FedEx Ground Delivery Service in the lower 48 United States and Canada. Additional shipping charges apply for Alaska, Hawaii, and International destinations. Costs for FedEx 2-Day, FedEx Overnight, and FedEx International shipping services are provided during checkout process. The costs associated with FedEx Domestic & International expedited shipping services are based on the number products ordered and your delivery location.

Federal Express Will Not Deliver to Post Office Boxes. FedEx will deliver to most United States Rural Routes.

APO/FPO Shipping Instructions
The Flying Leatherneck Aviation Museum offers shipping to APO and FPO addresses via the United States Postal Service. If you wish to ship items to an APO or FPO address, please refer to the following:
1. In the City field, enter either "APO" or "FPO"
2. In the State/Province dropdown, select "AA - Armed Forces Americans", "AE - Armed Forces Europe", or "AP - Armed Forces Pacific".
3. In the Zip/Postal Code field, enter your zip code.

FedEx Overnight or 2-Day Shipping Options
Yes, Flying Leatherneck Aviation Museum offers FedEx Express shipping options (Overnight, 2-Day, 3-Day Express Super Saver).

Order Processing Cut-off Times
Orders that require FedEx Express Shipping Services (i.e. Priority Overnight, Standard Overnight, 2-Day, & Express Saver) will processed the same day of business if they are received by the following cut off times listed by time zone. Any orders received after these cut off times will not be shipped until the next regular business day. Customers should not count the day an order ships as a shipping day. Business days would be considered Monday thru Friday excluding US Holidays.

Order Tracking
Your FedEx order tracking numbers will be e-mailed to you when your order ships. Just click the tracking number in the e-mail to view individual delivery details for each box that has been shipped. All products ship from the state of California it is not uncommon for packages shipped via FedEx Ground Service to arrive on different days. International Customs
You might be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are levied after a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.
