Stock Products Return Policy
Return of stock products will be approved under the following conditions:
1. Return Authorization Number (RMA#) is obtained in advance from Flying Leathernecks Aviation Museum. Returns will not be accepted by Flying Leathernecks Aviation Museum without a Return Authorization Number. To obtain an RMA# send us an e-mail to: giftshop@flyingleatherneck.com or call 858-693-1791. Please reference your Flying Leathernecks Aviation Museum Order Number.
2. Returns sent to Flying Leathernecks Aviation Museum without a RMA# are subject to a 25% re-stocking charge.
3. Please write your RMA# clearly on the outside of the box you are returning.
4. No discontinued products can be returned or Holiday products (i.e. Christmas, Thanksgiving, Halloween).
5. Credit will be not issued for products that have been used and/or damaged. Products must be returned in a resalable condition.
6. No product over 30 days old from invoice date will be authorized.
7. Customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the product(s) to Flying Leathernecks Aviation Museum. Shipping charges are not reimbursed.
8. Items returned are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
9. FedEx Overnight, 2-Day, Express Saver, and International shipping charges will not be refunded.
10. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment.
11. If you are receiving a credit card refund please allow up to (2) two billing cycles for your credit to appear.

Product Exchange Policy
Customers requiring an exchange of product should request a Return Authroization Number (RMA#) from Flying Leathernecks Aviation Museum for their return, and then purchase the correct item. These are two separate transactions. RMA numbers are required so that we can properly issue credit to original form of payment. Please contact us via telephone or e-mail (giftshop@flyingleatherneck.com) to request an RMA# and simple instructions for your return.

5. Customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the product(s) to our warehouse. FedEx Overnight, 2-Day, Express Saver, and International shipping charges will not be refunded.

Conditions of Sale
1. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.
2. All orders are subject to acceptance by Flying Leatherneck Aviation Museum
3. Delivery of all orders is contingent upon strikes, accidents, and other causes beyond our control.
4. Claims for defects in quality or quantity are waived unless written notice is received by Flying Leathernecks Aviation Museum in San Diego, California within 30 days of shipment.
