TBM - Restoration Project

The paint scheme used for the restoration of our TBM is one of the few we could find for a TBM-3E that had a little history and a little color.  The yellow/gold and white lines are indicative of a squadron that flew off a jeep carrier in 1945.

The carrier is the Cape Gloucester and the squadron is VMTB132.  Other squadrons on other carriers would have had the yellow/gold and white lines at different angles or places that would indicate their status.
